It could be your ISP throttling you, channel congestion from your neighbors' networks, a bad ethernet cable, a misconfigured QoS rule, a device consuming all the bandwidth, RF interference from a microwave or baby monitor, or simply that your router is 6 years old and overheating. You won't know which until you actually test.

• ▸Wireless spectrum analysis to identify interference sources and channel congestion
• ▸Signal strength mapping throughout the property
• ▸Router/gateway configuration review — checking for misconfigurations, outdated firmware, conflicting settings
• ▸Device enumeration — identifying bandwidth hogs or misbehaving devices
• ▸Ethernet cable testing for signal integrity and continuity
• ▸DNS performance testing (slow DNS = slow everything even with fast internet)
• ▸Latency and jitter analysis for streaming and gaming issues

After Diagnosis: Your Options

After we identify the root cause, we give you honest options. Sometimes the fix is a configuration change — free, takes 15 minutes. Sometimes it's a firmware update or a cable replacement — easy and cheap. Sometimes the root cause is a router that's reached end of life and the right answer is upgrading to a proper network infrastructure.
